A New LLC Act Goes Into Effect

The New Hampshire legislature recently changed the New Hampshire LLC Act. All New Hampshire LLC’s formed on or after January 1, 2013 will be covered by New Hampshire’s new LLC act. However, those formed before January 1, 2013 will not be covered by the new act until January 1, 2014, unless all of its members make a written election.
